About Masterlive

Masterlive is the official website of Master Live, a concert producer in Peru. It lists the concerts Master Live produces and tells fans everything they need to attend them.

What it is and who it is for

Masterlive is a concert guide. For every upcoming Master Live show it publishes the date, the venue, the artist, the ticket prices by zone, the on-sale calendar and the conditions of entry, and it links to the authorized ticketing site where tickets are sold. Masterlive does not sell tickets and does not process payments.

It is made for music fans in Peru who want to know which concerts are coming, when tickets go on sale and how to get there. Anyone can browse it without an account.

Fans who want more can create a free, optional account to save concerts, follow their favorite artists and receive notifications when a new date is announced, when tickets go on sale or when a show they saved changes.

Key features

Concert listings — every upcoming Master Live concert, with search and filters by date and genre.
Concert pages — date and time, venue with its map, seating plan, ticket prices by zone, on-sale windows and conditions of entry.
Near you — the concerts and venues closest to you.
Chat assistant — answers questions about the concerts, dates and prices published on the site.
Direct link to the authorized ticketing site for each concert.
Optional account — save concerts to “My events”, follow artists, set alerts and receive notifications. You can sign in with Google or with an email and password, and you can delete your account at any time.

How Masterlive uses Google user data

Masterlive uses Google only to let you sign in, and only if you choose to. It requests these scopes and nothing else:

emailWhat we receive: Your email address and whether Google has verified it.What we use it for: To identify your account and, when needed, to contact you about your account or about a concert you follow.
profileWhat we receive: Your name and your profile picture.What we use it for: Your name is shown in your account and used by the chat assistant to address you. Your profile picture is stored with your account but is not displayed or used for anything else.
openidWhat we receive: A unique identifier for your Google account.What we use it for: To sign you in and recognize your account each time you come back.

Google also returns sign-in tokens. We keep them only as part of your account record, and we never use them to access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service or data. We do not request offline access.

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. It is not used to show ads or to train AI models. It is shared only with the service providers that run the site for Master Live, to provide its features: the hosting and database providers, and — if you use the chat assistant while signed in — Cognikas, which operates the assistant and receives your name and email so your conversation stays linked to your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which deletes the data we received from Google. You can also remove Masterlive’s access from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Masterlive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Acerca de Masterlive

Masterlive es el sitio oficial de Master Live, productora de conciertos del Perú. Publica los conciertos que produce Master Live —fecha, recinto, artista, precios por zona, calendario de venta y condiciones de ingreso— y enlaza a la ticketera autorizada, donde se venden las entradas. Masterlive no vende entradas ni procesa pagos.

Es para los fans de la música en el Perú, y se navega sin cuenta. Quien quiera puede crear una cuenta gratuita y opcional para guardar conciertos, seguir artistas y recibir avisos cuando se anuncia una fecha, abre la venta o cambia un show que guardó.

Funcionalidades

La cartelera de los conciertos de Master Live, con búsqueda y filtros por fecha y género.
La ficha de cada concierto: fecha y hora, recinto con su mapa, plano, precios por zona, ventanas de venta y condiciones de ingreso.
«Cerca de ti»: los conciertos y recintos más cercanos.
Un asistente que responde preguntas sobre lo publicado en el sitio.
El enlace directo a la ticketera autorizada de cada concierto.
Una cuenta opcional para guardar conciertos en «Mis eventos», seguir artistas, activar alertas y recibir avisos. Se entra con Google o con correo y contraseña, y se puede borrar cuando quieras.

Cómo Masterlive usa los datos de Google

Masterlive usa Google solo para que inicies sesión, y solo si eliges hacerlo. Pide estos permisos y ninguno más:

email — Tu correo y si Google lo verificó. Para qué: Identificar tu cuenta y, cuando haga falta, contactarte por tu cuenta o por un concierto que sigues.
profile — Tu nombre y tu foto de perfil. Para qué: Tu nombre se muestra en tu cuenta y el asistente lo usa para dirigirse a ti. Tu foto se guarda con tu cuenta, pero no se muestra ni se usa para nada más.
openid — Un identificador único de tu cuenta de Google. Para qué: Iniciar tu sesión y reconocer tu cuenta cada vez que vuelves.

Google también entrega tokens de inicio de sesión. Se guardan solo como parte del registro de tu cuenta y nunca se usan para entrar a tu Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contactos ni a ningún otro servicio o dato de Google. No pedimos acceso sin conexión.

No vendemos los datos de Google ni los compartimos con terceros para publicidad, y no se usan para mostrar anuncios ni para entrenar modelos de IA. Solo los reciben los proveedores que operan el sitio para Master Live: el alojamiento y la base de datos y, si usas el asistente con tu sesión iniciada, Cognikas, que lo opera y recibe tu nombre y tu correo para que la conversación quede ligada a tu cuenta. Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras, y retirar el acceso desde tu cuenta de Google.

El uso y la transferencia de la información recibida de las APIs de Google se ajustan a la Google API Services User Data Policy, incluidos sus requisitos de uso limitado (Limited Use).
